Very, very nice Sheila... Very sharp and I love the colour / texture of the OOF background.
BTW... I just downloaded the OptikVerve plug-ins that you mentioned and it looks extremely good... You probably have these already, but I noticed that there are 12 additional sets of effects that you can download in addition to the main software...

nice vibrant shot... and a different take on the subject... only criticism would be the blown highlights around the eyes on the rhs.
edit: on my home calibrated monitor the highlights don't exist... ditch the last critique

				Hi Sheila.
You have captured these pelicans brilliantly. Without doubt, some of the nicest pelican shots I have seen in a while. The birds are sharp, the DOF fantastic, the symmetry perfect and framed beautifully. You certainly have the 'eye' for this type of photography and as with your Narrabeen lakes shot I critiqued, your work is stunning.
Please post more wildlife pics.
cheers
Michael

Sheila have you done any PP have you done on this shot?
Are they two separate pelicans that you have PP together? Or is this straight out of the camera. I am intrigued!!!
