I like these too Hynie BUT
#2 i'd be tempted to get in much closer to those statues, picking out the deatils and points of interest.
#3 I like the way you were using the path and gardens to lead the eye into the scene and the gates to help frame it, however, not strongly enough.
Similarly #4 i think getting roght up against the wabenach up against the wall and shot upwards.
Last one lacks a point of interest.

I really think taken at a more favourable time of day early morning late evening would really turn these images into something special.
In a nutshell the lighting needs to be more engaging and transformative to really make these images work.

That's why holiday shots are such a bummer. I would love to pop back and improve my European shots now I know a little bit more. Oh to live in England where it is a short, cheap flight away.

I like number 4 - the colours and texture of the old buildings appeal to me.
