I agree. You've managed to keep the fine detail in the fine feathering too.

thanks guys ... it was my first go at using RAW and i'm impressed with how much more detail you get than the Jpeg images from the camera. 8)

thanks, there was a lot of different opinions on settings so since the most popular was f8 or f16 i thought for my first attempt i would try f11.
the speed didn't seem to matter as the light streaks came up the same at 2 seconds or 6 seconds .
i probably should have tried f16 as that would allow more colour to be captured as they were nearly washed out with f11 although the lines would not be as thick .
next time :lol:
