In the first mini-meet I attended, stubbsy asked why I havent posted or shared any NZ picture from our recent honeymoon. To be honest, I've been slowly working at processing the shots since they are all done in RAW.

Well here they are ladies and gentlemen, most of these shots were by me. Some are from Mrs Nito. I've indicated the ones she took.

Mrs Nito did the factory shot, but the water could have been a river not a lake as stated. Can't recall exactly.

That 'factory' looks like it could be the Huntly Power Station which is situated on the Waikato River.

Huntly is 20-30 minutes (can't quite remember) north of Hamilton.

Thanks neroli for the comments and the location of the power station. It was one of those driving things where you just pull over and shoot.

Some great shots Nito (and Mrs Nito).

I particually like Lake Rotolti and the Remarkables, and it was definitely worth stopping for the factory shot, it came up very well.

Very nice shots, an interesting angle on the remarks, they are not often shot from that side...

I would use PP to boost the contrast and/or saturation a bit but that is my personal taste

The one of the Remarkables is a great capture, but Like Scott I'd boost contrast and saturation a touch (in fact I'd probably play with contrast for a few of these). I think the waterfall one is great too, but again I'd PP a little more to make it more saturated (my taste is for high sat though - yours may differ).

Yeah, addition more saturation will give more punch.
