We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.
Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.
Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

G'day all,
Was just having a ply in PSCS2 using photomerge and thought not bad... Have been playing a little with PF4 and PTGui, but once you've played with photomerge on a few it's not that bad...
Still gotta do some final clean-ups in the sky to smooth out a couple of areas due to changing light but as a work in progress thought they were coming up OK...
Each one is made from about 10-11 portrait images...
Your thoughts?
EXIF: 30MP, each image manual exp, F11, 18-70 kit lens at 29mm, 1/200th
EXIF: 22MP, each image manual exp, F14, 18-70 kit lens @ 50mm, 1/160th

Andrew, these two look great, but at this size it would be hard to tell how well the merge worked, lovely geography and the cloud hugging the ridge in the first one is great.

Have to agree with Alpha - would be nice to see a larger version. At this size it looks like you did a great job merging, considering its made up of 11 images - I like image #2 as it really conveys the vastness of the area.

I can definitely see number 2 printed up and put up on the wall.
at this size it is hard to tell how well the stitch job is but seems good.
really like the 2nd one. majestic shot.

They are both good images...... but 1 is lacking a bit of saturation and brightness........

I like the second one - the deep ornagy cliff on one side, balanced by leafy green jungle on the other.
The first one I'm having trouble deciding whether the bits of rock in the foreground are supposed to be there or if I should ignore it. It's very 'Aotearoa'-ish (land of the long white cloud).

The grampians are tailor-made for panoramas as you have shown. They are both nice images but i feel the first one wold look so much better with some detail on the right-hand-side, where it is a bit too dark. The clouds add a really dramatic effect that makes it such a good shot. The second image is very nice too but could have been improved only by being taken at a different time of day, when the sun is low and shining more orange of the scene.
They are two very nice shots. Well done.

They are both great panos Andrew. #2's brightness and highlighted cliffs make it my pick.
