Well.. I went to Woody Point to try and catch the storms coming over the water but it didn't happen. Got very very wet and there was far too much low cloud in the way :(

Went to the Redcliffe Pier after the storm had passed and waited patiently for a long time. Only managed to get one shot :(

Slightly soft as I had a dodgy tripod with me and it was blowing a gail. C&C more than welcome.

I think this is a sweet sweet shot, and what Kipper was getting at... Lightning and a gorgeous scene.. love the reflections of the lights on the water! Great work!

My effort was even worse... but i finally got lightning in the shutter!

Had an awesome electrical show for about 45mins.. using 10sec shutter releases.. caught hardly any of it.. i was using Dug's 10-20mm Sigma prolly the wrong lens for the job... this is my 3rd attempt.. and i finally got a slight taste..

Mark - great shot, very dramatic, it wasnt till you mentioned the red light did I notice it !!!
Zeeke - Yours have that horror movie/spooky feel about them - great captures. It's amazing how many shots you go through till you actually capture some lightning isnt it ??
