Not sure if this has been canvassed in another thread here but its food for thought for those keenly interested in noise levels of D200. It seems promising but certainly not conclusive. Appreciate any other sites that may show ISO 800 to 3200 samples on D200. :)

marco,
Pre-order one for yourself and you can tell us all from your side when you receive the camera.

After my wife's 50th present I need to start building the bank balance a bit more Birddog. :( Anyhow I trust your judgement down there. I'll wait till I see some detailed reviews before I commit

Just found enlargement of an F6 taken at ISO 3200 with D200. Again preliminary indication is pretty good. :)

Not sure how much in camera NR or PP was done though.

For what its worth here is the full site of these High ISO images from the D200 and the comment. Apparently there was no NR and PP'ing all straight from camera.

Marco,
Pls. leave it RIP till you hold the D200 in your hands.
Pls. also don't take any review seriously.
