Just scared this critter out of the kitchen and he ran up between the glass door and security mesh... so i couldnt get him to sit with a better background but he still inspired me to take a photo..

Any comments welcome...

Yeek! Like something out of a Hammer film! Excellent capture Tim but can you tweak out just a tad more detail in the shadows? :)

You scared this critter....that would have me sleeping with one eye opened for a week.

Good shot though.

The lightened up version brings out a lot that was hidden in the first shot Tim - much improved! :D

Aren't spiders fascinating? I've been getting shots of funnel webs :) Tease them just enough so they come to the edge of their tunnel, and take a shot..... some get a bit aggressive though :)

You'll have to get be a shot 'face on'. Hope you didn't knock him off? Fantastic around the house for insects/moths and cockies.

Congrats :)
