Love the sleeping one - although I'd crop it slightly tighter at the bottom, removing all the foreground. Yes, I know that means cutting off part of his feet, but I did this one the screen and prefer it like that.
I find these creatures fascinating, and really quite attractive
They are certainly great subjects for the old camera

The shape of the mouth and look of the eye in #3 makes me think that he (or she!) is about to do something mischievious! Your composition and use of light brings this on to life. Well done.
