Howdee From NewbieJust thought I'd post up here first as I can't find an intro section.
Live: Gold Coast Shoot with: Canon 400D Subjects: for the most part, people. Here is one of my little girl and boy
Yeah he really needs an intro section hey... I vote we picket the front page till he caves and gives us what we wants... *grins*
and you have two adorable models there... which I might add you've done a lovely job of photography... I quite like the level of saturation you have chosen... pastel prints are sooo on the way back now... You might however get more responce posting them in the critque section as they are a mob of slackers here and this section often gets missed... Oh yeah... welcome from a Brisbanite.... Meadowbrook way... lurving your name btw... and looking forward to seeing more of your work... The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it's still on the list...
Welcome aboard!
Just what we need, another queenslander..... Really nice images. The image of your daughter is my pick, there is so much detail in her eye, and just enough colour. Fantastic! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

Fabulous work!
Welcome aboard, there are a few more Queenslanders coming on board, specially from down the coast!
I like your use of white space on these photos, and the expression on yor son's face is great.
Oh, and welcome to the forum. I hope Gary doesn't decide to do a state of origin comp, these bloody queenslanders are starting to outnumber us Last edited by phillipb on Tue Oct 02, 2007 5:38 pm, edited 1 time in total.

That's because I've disabled it for members with less than 30 posts. Helps keep the lowlife spammers' messages off the site.
Well, we are not an image posting site, per se. There's plenty of places where people can strut their stuff. Instead, we're wanting to to help you improve your skillset, and thus you should consider the Image Critique and Review section. We actually take a rather dim view when (if) we see people posting images that are really more about the photographer's ego rather than posting for genuine critique. As your membership status advances, you will also gain access to our Members' Galleries section. Please take a few minutes to review and understand our FAQ, as well as the introductory texts to the various sections that we have. There is much of value there, including posting guidelines. And welcome; enjoy your stay, and please post more images; we love to see our members improve and make great images. g.
