Airheads
Well, the kind you tow behind the boat anyway.
My daughter and her friend had a wild ride on the airhead on Saturday. They loved it! I got to use my new D200 and the 80-200 2.8 that I got from Pirostitch. I was very happy with the speed of the camera and the sharpness of the lens. C & C would be appreciated, particularly on whether the rope is distracting, if the light water should be cropped and which one you prefer (if any!) No pp except cropping and USM. Thanks, Lee

Great photos - I think the rope is fine, as it is part of the 'equipment'. If you cloned it out, it may make the air ride thing look unnatural?
Also, you may need to change your signature

Lee - these are terrific! The rope is essential to the story of the image. The expressions caught on the faces of the kids is truely excellent. These are definite keepers! Did u do much PP to them? They are incredibly sharp!! What was your 'keeper rate' from this session?

Virgs - they both had a rough time of it but they loved it. Steve really cut sick. It was very hard to keep the camera on them with the boat flying around the corners and speeding up then slowing down. Here is one I found quite amusing. Jack fell off and Kiana was all legs. 
Geoff - the only pp I did was USM and cropping. The light is very good towards the end of the day if the skiiers are going into the sun. I would say my keeper rate was around 80% for the afternoon, which really surprised me. I usually get around 50%. I found it much easier to actually see the focus through the viewfinder in the D200 than the D70 and I'm loving the lens. Here's what I meant about the rope - the ones I posted originally probably weren't too bad - it cuts across his head and annoys me.

These are all very good, but #3 is the standout here as there's a little more drama to the shot for me. As already said, the rope is fine (but if it's across the face like your later image I'd just say it's not a keeper rather than try to clone it out). I'd also be inclined to cool these slightly as the late afternoon sun has given a very strong yellow cast to the shots. Peter
