This looks interesting Gary. Installing it now.

Pricing:
Read only version - free
Full version (allows you to post and to see images full size): $3.99

Edit: A tip to avoid the confusion I had. To locate this forum searh on dslrusers in the network tab. You'll see Oldskool NL in the list below it (not sure why). Tap that then you'll see DLSRUsers. Tap that and you're in. Make sure you login to see all areas.

Peter,

Yes, a very interesting app, and to me it seems well designed and very well integrated into the forum software.

I will probably also buy the Android version once my HTC Desire arrives, as I think that the HTC offers a better browsing and typing experience than the iPhone.

+1 for Tapatalk.
I've been using it on my iPhone 4 for quite some time now and it works perfectly.

interesting, do you any issues with multiple quotes? ie quotes within quotes showing up as normal text??

Also do all the images in post show up?

These are two annoying issues I have with Tapatalk, other than that I think I use it more to browse forums then my PC nowadays...

I'm not sure about the quoting issue. I've never noticed it.

Pictures show up as a thumbnail and then I just click to open them. If there's more than one picture in the post I can just swipe through them. There's no need to close the preview and select the next picture.
It's pretty useless for C&C though. Everything looks sharp on such a small clear screen.

I have just started using it. No problem with pictures, except that you need to wait until the thumbnails load before going to the large view. also it would be nice if the swipe went through all pictures within the thread Instead of just the one post
I have seen the quoting issue. It makes working out the sense of the post problematic.
