iiNet IP address range blocked

Postby doc on Sun Jan 21, 2007 11:39 pm

Justed tried to access the forums and got the following :

Your IP address has been blocked for this session as it appears to be masked. - 2 - 6 - 124.168.160.176

This IP address is valid, and belongs to iiNet. After a bit of searching it seems that a number of programs (including, I'm guessing, phpBB) are setup to block ranges which were previously unallocated but have now been allocated.

Can this be fixed?

You're running through a transparent proxy, and you're probably using using Firefox as your browser.

Please refer to this thread.

Thank you for including the IP addres; that permits me to address the issue for you.
