Just goes to prove (yet again) that timing is everything.

Very well captured.

My only observation would be that it might be prudent to, before posting an image for display, resize it so that those who don't have broadband connections aren't stuck somewhere downloading a huge file.

It would also be ok to post a separate link so that those who wished to view the full size image can do so by downloading a copy, but in the first instance, a smaller version is probably a better idea.

Sorry about the large image first time trying to post a pic.

Thanks i just wish i would have gotten all the wings in the picture. Yes it was tag from what i read they try and tag all the eagles in ohio to track them.

Yep - judging by the number of rings, that's a married eagle!! :D

What a magnificent bird though!

Unfortunately my cockatiel and that eagle would never get along :P
