PotW 24th June 2008

PotW 24th June 2008

Postby the foto fanatic on Tue Jun 24, 2008 8:39 am

This week's PotW is from the parallel universe of IR photography. It comes from robw25 in Adelaide, and is a remarkably high-impact image from a great series of IR shots around Adelaide. It is not enough to just convert your camera to take IR photos, you still have to have an eye for composition and presentation. Congratulations Rob.

Well done Rob! I was seriously torn between this one and the one I chose from your series for the PotW two weeks ago, so I'm glad to see this one get up too! This must be our first two PotW from one post event - so double congratulations are in order!

Very nice image. The only fault, if you can call it that,is that I would have prefer to see less foreground but the full tree. Nevertheless, I would consider myself lucky to come even near of of this image. Well done!

Really awesome image. I reckon if you removed some of the branches in the LHS it would be even better though.
