When you haven’t got much space, vertical gardens may be the answer. They’re brilliant for balconies and patios. You might want to grow herbs or simply add some colour to your outdoor arrangement. If you use recycled material, you will also end up adding some visual interest. I hope you like it.

They're (obviously) an excellent way to make use of disused footwear, which only adds to the delightful nature that this image presents.
