Thank you all for your interest. I took the picture at Queens Park in Ipswich. I don't know and I couldn't find the name of this type of bird.

I believe that her name is Mary.

Or perhaps not.

Thank you Gary and Avkomp. It's settled then, we'll call her Ms. Mary Bronzewing-Pigeon then.
